The SIAM Foundation training is aimed at professionals who work in an organization that purchases services from various (internal and external) suppliers or is considering doing so.

In addition, this SIAM certification is intended for service providers who want to implement and manage a service integration delivery model in their own organization. Or want to offer this service to their customers.

After completing the SIAM Foundation training you will be able to:

• Explain basic terms and concepts of SIAM.
• Describe various SIAM structures for the service integrator layer.
• Identify phases of the SIAM implementation roadmap and explain the most important goals and activities of each phase.
• Identify different SIAM roles and their responsibilities.
• Explain different practices of SIAM.
• Understand goals and considerations of key processes in a SIAM ecosystem.
• Understand key challenges, their associated risks and possible mitigation measures in a SIAM ecosystem.

The online SIAM Foundation training consist of 4 half-day sessions from 9:00 AM EST – 1:00 PM Eastern Time (EDT)

No specific prior knowledge is required for the training.

The price of the SIAM Foundation training is $ 995,-

The SIAM Foundation training prepares you for the official SIAM Foundation exam of EXIN International. The exam is closed book and consists of 40 multiple choice questions. You need at least 26 correct answers (65%) to pass. The exam lasts 60 minutes and will be taken  online.

After successfully completing the exam, you will receive the SIAM Foundation certificate from EXIN. With this certificate you can progress to the SIAM Professional training. 

Our training courses are practice-oriented. We ask students to prepare by going through the theory in advance. We work with current examples, discussions, assignments and exercises.

We encourage all participants to actively participate in the sessions. By practicing with other participants, students can quickly apply the new knowledge and skills in their professional practice.

And we prepare students for the exam (with exam guarantee) by giving them exercises and assignments.
